What Makes this Food Truck’s Eats Good?

Our holiday story is about what happens when you discover something unexpected: it can be an amazing gift or a big blue food truck. Called Snowday, its quickly becoming known for things like a maple bacon grilled cheese (yes, really.) But this story is about more. Founded by Jordyn Lexton, a former English teacher at Rikers Island turned social entrepreneur, Snowday is the first truck that mobilizes her mission to provide formerly incarcerated youth with a vehicle to change their loves. Watch how Snowday is driving a movement and creating some amazing eats along the way.

Taste the goods from Snowday at STORY this Saturday from 12pm.
