Here at STORY we’re feeling pretty good about the fact that it’s opening weekend. What’s in-store? Workout classes, rad(ish) eats, and a one very serious laughing matter. Read on to see how you can feel good this weekend.

Refine Your Saturday Workout 

Sweat smarter this Saturday at 9am when Brynn Putnam founder of the Refine Method leads a high-intensity class that blends interval training, Pilates, and strength work. Make sure you’ve RSVP-ed (do that here)!

Eat Something Rad(ish) 

Saturday The Green Radish will be serving up its “almost too good to be true” menu of vegan eats, from a black bean burger to dreamy desserts. It’s going to be super-rad.

Go Indoors to Get Outdoors 

Outdoor Voices’ low-key athletic wear might not make the fastest girl on the block but they’ll assure you cool-girl status. Stop by to grab pieces like the Warm Up Leggings and Athena Crop.

Make Laughing Matter

Sunday at 9am feel the LOLs at this light-hearted laughter yoga class, taught by therapist Vishwa Prakash where you’ll learn why laughter might really be the best medicine.
