Original Asks: How the Founders of Beltology Emboldened a Basic

Most of us don’t think too much about our belts. Beltology on the other hand, thinks about belts a lot. Like, 24/7. Unsatisfied with the belt’s status as a simply functional clothing item, founders Andrew Heffernan and Anna Lundberg saw an opportunity to turn an easily forgettable necessity into a wearable work of art. Most recently, they’ve teamed up with Andre Saraiva to create a capsule collection of vibrant styles with collectible pins inspired by the iconic graffiti artist’s instantly recognizable work. Here they share how they define originality and tips for aspiring entrepreneurs.
