Yahoo Health’s Michele Promaulayko Shares Her Well Being Tips

Join Yahoo Health Editor-in-Chief, Michele Promaulayko for a series of wellness workshops. To kick things off best-selling author and bio-hacker Dave Asprey will be at STORY Wednesday, January 21 to discuss the disruptive principles laid out in his new book The Bulletproof Diet. And Saturday, January 24 fitness expert Lauren Roxburgh leads an hour long foam roller workshop – “Roll Yourself Younger.” At each event, Michele will be on hand to sign her new book, “20 Pounds Younger“.
