Who:  Emily Laurence, Food and Health editor at Well+Good, moderates a panel on future ideas of what healthy eating really means. Panelists include: Salad for President’s Julia Sherman, mastermind of Clean Food Dirty City and author of Good Clean Food’s Lily Kunin, Holistic Nutritionist and Dr. Smood’s menu creator, Dr. Etti Ben-Zion and last but not least, Dr. Vincent Pedre author of Happy Gut.

What: It’s no secret that healthy eating is at the forefront of every dinner conversation, every fashion blog and every school board conversation as a critical topic to leading a more balanced and long-living life. Find out what you need to know about fresh eating in order to take control of your health and wellness… and if that not enough we’ll also be serving delicious Health-Ade kombucha to get the evening started!
