Panelists include: Salad for President’s Julia Sherman, mastermind of Clean Food Dirty City and author of Good Clean Food’s Lily Kunin, Holistic Nutritionist and Dr. Smood’s menu creator, Dr. Etti Ben-Zion and last but not least, Dr. Vincent Pedre author of Happy Gut.
